Scenic Mold

Outdoor commercial office buildings like this one are a unique and cool environment to work in. They offer nice scenery and a less confined feeling in contrast to the typical office building’s hallways and corridors. However, these types of complexes are subjected to the elements on a more frequent basis and thus, they tend to take damage from the weather in some capacity. As we know all too well, where’s there moisture, there is a possibility of mold.

After mold was indeed discovered to be present in this wall, our technicians set up a containment to prevent spores from becoming airborne as well as to stop dust before cutting the affected material away and remediating the mold back to baseline levels.
