Kitchen flood from above

When the average person thinks of their kitchen, it typically summons thoughts of happiness or at very least, hunger. In some instances, however, the kitchen can become quite a mess. This Norco, CA home experienced a severe thunder storm that brought heavy rains and winds with it. In spite of the home being relatively new, the roof suffered a leak that very quickly allowed storm rain water to pool and saturate the insulation, causing excessive strain on the ceiling due to the added weight. This eventually led to the collapse of the ceiling, splashing debris and water everywhere.

SERVPRO of Chino / Chino Hills set up plastic sheeting and removed the debris before cutting away the affected material and drying the area out.
